Account Access Issue and Authentication Denied

Dear MQL5 Support Team

I am experiencing an issue while trying to log into my account Every time I enter my correct username and password, I receive the error message : Authentication denied
When I attempted to reset my password the system rejected my email address stating that it does not exist or is invalid However I have been using this email for my account and I have not received any prior notifications regarding account suspension or deletion.
Here are the details that may help you resolve the issue :
Email : <email was deleted by moderator>
Username : Shayanmql
Account creation date : A few days ago
Could you please assist me in recovering access to my account or provide information on the issue ?

  • If you are trying to fill Community tab of Metatrader so your login is shayanmoo because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/shayanmoo and password is your forum native password (not your email);
  • if you are trying to access your trading account so - contact your broker for support;
  • if you want to access which website so you are already here with asking this question for example.
