Password Reset Email Not Received

 

Hello,

I’m having trouble resetting my password. When I click on “Forgot password,” it says that a reset email has been sent, but I never receive it. I already tried the suggested solution of adding your address to my whitelist, but the issue still persists.

Could you please help me resolve this problem?

Check the Spam folder of your email, if the problem persists try again tomorrow.
