However, the solution or answer is usually the same—use Parallels Desktop instead (or at least something equivalent to do full virtualisation with Windows).
MetaTrader is a Windows application after-all.
I looked at that, it bogs down the mac, I guess a simple solution is have a cheap windows laptop.
Ive been a Mac user for 10 years ! i might be switching back.......

hi do we have a dedicated space for mac users? mt5 on mac, using wine etc has a few problems.
Finding files hidden in the wine directory etc.
Having to reset the UI when strange things happen to windows etc ! (i kind of know a fix for this but "reset to default" would be nice...
Am i alone?
