meta trader 4 optimization turned off visuals

This is on Metatrader 4, Broker [redacted] live account.

The optimization works fine. But When visual Mode is checked, after clicking start, visual mode turns itself off.

Advise will be appreciated.

Does it happen on all EAs or just a few or one specific one?

Did you have a look at the log?

Please explain in more detail, include screenshots, log output, etc.

At [redacted] it happens to all EA. So I downloaded the [redacted] demo account, and it was working, the same thing happened again when I changed the time.

It happens first with [redacted] EA, which is trading simulators. Than with all EA's

Please stop mentioning brokers and 3rd party products and services. Discussions about brokers and 3rd party products/services is not allowed on the forum.

So, please discuss the issue with the author of the 3rd party product (or respective broker), and not here.

 
Sorry my mistake, it runs fine now. It happens if the Optimization is checked. By Default.
