cannot download from the Market EA or indicators on demo account in VPS

i cannot download from the MArket EA or indicators on demo account in VPS, when i try to click on it the platform is blocking. do you know why is this happening? do you know how ca i solve this problem?

You need to download from within your Metatrader interface (not directly from the Market).

This is all correct, but first make sure that you have logged into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your mobrello login.
