When asking a question, please explain in detail. How do you expect an answer with so little information?

I removed your back-test reports, because they are not relevant.

What is relevant, are log output (Experts and Journal) that shows any errors or other issues that are occurring during the live trading.

Also relevant is the EA code if you wish for anyone to comment or offer advice on it.

Without logs and/or code, we can only guess!

without seeing the code of the ea, we can only make guesses. And mine, like the moderator, is that the issue is with either the brokers data or the ea code. we can not be more specific than that.
And with such little information, the only other responses that you might get following, will be such as "we can not see your screen", "we can not read your mind", and my favourite "our crystal balls are cracked or broken".

some eas, just can not work in strategy tester. That is the coders fault. Coding an ea to work in strategy tester is (only sometimes) is different coding to work in live trading or tester. Some code may need to be added for testing to work. But without seeing the code, we can only guess.

EDIT: if this ea is from the marketplace, on this website, then, you need to report it to support and contact the seller.
