MT5 Login Troubleshooting On the Desktop

Hi everyone, I'm new to this platform. I installed the MT5 desktop application to create a demo account. However, when I try to log in, it's displaying an error message indicating incorrect credentials. Yet, I'm using the exact same credentials to successfully log in through the mobile app. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you."

Your username is johhniegifted100 - because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/johhniegifted100
and your password is your native forum password (not email, and native password should not be related google and facebook for example).

The place to Community login is MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community
