Can't open buy stop

hi mates.

Can't open buy stop on NZDUSD.
Get the following message :

2025.01.21 21:53:59.860 Trades '408387842': failed buy stop 0.01 NZDUSDz at 0.56782 [Invalid stops] (bad stops)

While the price is around :  0.56750

My broker doesn't have stop level, even the symbol specification state that stop level is equal to 0.

So why is the pending trade not opening ?

I guess it might be due to bad server time like updating or something, or try to actually put a stop loss for the order to see if it works like that.
 
The error likely stems from hidden broker restrictions, wide spreads, or an invalid buy stop price; contact your broker for clarification.

It didn't work even with SL nor TP on, sadly

0 in specifications does not mean that it does not have a stop level.

0 means that it is "floating". floating means that the level is varying. For example, on my old broker i could often open a pending order at 30 points from current price, but often I would get similar error when my price is 70 points from current price.

You need to check with your broker to get a better idea. But even they will not be able to tell you the exact distance from current price to ask for. You can only try again after you get that error increase your distance each time that you get that error.

Have you checked if there is any min dis from current price to set stop order?
