It may be the result of an automated ban, and moderator's have no control over it. It may automatically restore after some time, but I don't know when that will be.
As far as I known, only administrator's or Service Desk can do something about it, but that will have to be during office hours.

Thanks, Fernando.
I already opened a ticket, and hope they'll take care of it on Monday.
When I have "Time Out MQL5 5 Second" error (because I am making the messages in the channels in quick way without waiting for example) so I switch my router off and I use mobile internet instead for few hours (or for half a day) without any error. After that I switch the router to be ON and connect to my main internet provider, and everything is fine.
My devices have been offline during the night but it didn’t help.
I mean: when I am writing to my channels in very quick way (making several messages within 1 min for example) so I may get "Time out in 10 sec. Error 58".
And I switch my router to be off and connect my laptop to the mobile internet with different internet provider and different IP, and yes - I did not have any error in this case. So, I am just continuing for what I did without interruption (with no error).
After half a day (or several hours, or one or two days) - I will come back to my main internet provider by switching my router to be on.
Means: I am doing exact same as for "fake ban by IP".
There are many posts and several threads on Russian forum about it (where the users fixed it by themselves in this way).
I never wrote to the service desk about this issue ... because I do not want to wait during the several days for reply ... I am just switching my IP to an other one by using the other router/modem/provider/sim card and continue to what I did without any error.
And this issue (which I got for my main router) was fixed by itself for some time.
Some users were trying to understand this issue (about when it was coming from), and discovered that -
maybe you had problems with the internet in that time, or maybe the anti-spam robot does not allow to post more than ... [I don't exactly know how many] 60 or 100 messages a day, or maybe you made the messages during website updated ... etc ...

Thank you very much for the tips.

We discovered with Daniel that the issue is linked to the IP. When you have a static (fixed) IP address, restarting the router will not help.
But using an other IP, through a VPS or any other way solved the issue.

Is there an issue with the messaging system?
I tried to reply to a user’s request in my Trading Chat group via the MT5 iOS app, but I was unable to send the message. Instead, I received an error saying I’ve been banned for sending too many messages—even though I haven’t sent anything for over seven hours.
Can anyone help resolve this?
Thanks in advance,
Daniel
