I need some help

I have made a sell position for a few months now and its not letting me close the position to take my profit.


I right clicked>Bulk Operations>Close All Positions 

But still nothing at all.


If anyone can help me that would be great as I am not in control of my money due to a bug.

Please, tell me that you called your broker before you opened this thread? Your broker is ALWAYS your first point of contact.

If you have not contacted them regarding this, yet, then stop what you are doing and CONTACT THEM RIGHT NOW.

 
When do you try to close your position? have you been trying to close it during when the market is closed? because it's only possible to close a position when the market is open

Besides the advice already given in the previous posts, also have a look at the Journal log and read what it states for those times you attempted the operation. It will inform you of what is going on and the reason.
