No. I read that they did away with that a while ago.
Yes, as far as I know you can subscribe to a signal on a demo account (but it might be best to wait for confirmation on this). You just can't offer a signal on a demo account.
In other words, you can't be a signal provider on a demo account, but you can probably be a signal subscriber with a demo account (I will wait for @Eleni Anna Branou to confirm this).
Please note however, that once you subscribe to a signal, your account will no longer be able to run any trade related EAs, so you will not be able to copy trade to another account.
EDIT: Found posts by @Eleni Anna Branou stating that it is not possible to follow/subscribe on demo accounts ...

Your second sentence states the opposite of the first. Do you want to copy a real account with a demo account or the opposite?
If you want to copy a real account signal here in MQL5.com with a demo account of yours, this is not possible anymore.
You can only subscribe to a MQL5.com signal with a real trading account.
