update phone number when logged in using google

Hey guys

I currently login to this site using google. when I try to update my phone number under security, it needs my password. My google email password obviously won't work. And if I go to "contact us", I get to a chatbot which isn't really helpful. I can't get to human moderators.

Please assist.
