Donwload the branded MT5 terminal from your broker's website, install it and use it to login into your trading account.
Double check your account credentials, the trading account number, the broker/server and the password, that were sent to your email upon creation of your trading account.

i selected the download from my Quo market website, i entered the login details exactley as the broker has sent, however, the server sent to be was TradeQuo not TradeQuo -server, and i cant change it, as soon as i hit ok i get the boing boing noise...screenshot attached

Why you have deleted all windows, Navigator, Toolbox?
You need to check the Journal tab of the Toolbox window to see why you can't login.
You probably have the wrong credentials, so contact your broker to help you.

hi please can anyone assist , i am trying to connect to the desktop to be able to trade mt5 on there instead of phone device, i have downloaded the platform and added my account details to connect to an existing trade account, the issue i have is where it says server my server sent to me by quomarket says TradeQuo and the unchangeable one on the login says tradequo-server, when i attempt to log in i get the failed noise and cant get in, can anyone please help ?
