Trading Execution Issue

So before talking about the issue, I wanna first say something about my previous topic that was removed. 

Dear moderators, you removed my post for no reason, you guys said that the issue I was referring to was a problem from one of my brokers which means it has nothing to do with MQL5. But in reality, in the post I said that the issues come from an MT5 demo account, which means, that the broker of this account is…as you guessed it, MetaQuoteeeees. So the problem comes solely from MQL5 thus you guys are the only ones that can fix that issue. So let’s talk about the issue.

 

The issue is that price never triggers my TP and my SL. No matter what I’ve tried, this issue still exists. The thing is, that wasn’t the case last week. It’s very crucial for me to have this fixed as soon as possible. I really don’t know if it has to do with any advanced settings or anything. The only ones who can help are you guys.

Uninstall your MT5 terminal and install a new MT5 terminal from the download link at the bottom of this website.

Your topic was removed because you stated that it was an issue related with copy trading between MetaTrader and a competitor's trading platform (which I will not mention here), not because of a broker.

In other words it was a discussion about 3rd party products and services, both in regards to the copy trading utilities as well as the other trading platform.

Then please provide information about your trades, i.e. the trade history records, as well as the Journal logs during the opening of the position as well as when the stops were supposed to be hit.

Also provide screenshots of the charts at the time of the events.

We can't possibly provide you with insight into the issue if you don't provide us with the relevant information. Otherwise, all we can do is guess.
