Hello, I sent a money from mql5.com to my Visa card , it show (Success) but I didn't receive it

it pass about 15 hours until now

how many time to receive the money in my visa card (in usual)

and I can't contact mql5.com service desk (human support), how can I

It depends on the many reasons about how long the fund will be going from EU or the United States to some country or banks
(depends from one country or bank form an other ones).

Anyway, you may contact with the service desk about it (select the correct category, answer the question, and finally - "other question" - and you may be proposed to create a ticket in the service desk).

but when I choose  (other question) it return to main menu, I can't contact service desk.

 
For EU cards the withdrawal is almost instant, but for non EU cards can take as much as 3-4 working days, so be patient please.

It depends on which category (or sub-category) you are selecting.
