Hello. I have created an EA but it does not open operations and when I manage to get it to operate, it only opens sell or only buy in each tick, in a few minutes it opens thousands of operations, I want to know how much it costs to review and correct my code.

I would suggest that you describe for the freelancers what you want or your strategy. It shouldn't be a problem as you already programmed it. And then let it be done totally by the freelancer, as he will have his functions, routines, samples etc. with which he will be faster than with trying to understand your code and amend it.
