Yes, because when you synchronized your Metatrader's environment with MQL5 VPS (with the other Metatrader but in cloud) so  automated trading on your home Metatrade is disabled (because it is always enabled in MQL5 VPS).

That is correct. You have migrated your EA to your MQL5 Virtual hosting, so the local trading has been disable to prevent double trades.

If you want to monitor your EA's working state on the virtual host host, then check the Journal log of the virtual host and not the local terminal.
