How much does it cost to start a live account in MQL5?
 

You can find the broker for real/live account and ask the broker's surport about it.
But start on demo first.

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.

There is no live account in MQL5, you can only open a real trading account if that is what you mean with a broker.

There is no cost for that, except for the money that you will deposit into it.

MQL5.com is not a broker, nor offers real trading accounts, as it is mentioned at the bottom right of this website.
