No connection

I just bought a prop firm challenge and I connected it I seem to have no connection. When I hover the 0 / 0kb on the bottom right, it says ping: n/a.
Does anyone have an idea on how to solve it? I am using Windows 11.

your first point of contact is always your broker. Once you have chatted to them, then, come back with more details such as any errors in journal tab.
Did you install mt4/5 from your broker? or installer from this website? Always use the installer from your brokers site.
