Dear user, could you let me know if you’re using a local VPS or if you obtained it from the MQL5 site? 

 
If you're using the MQL5 integrated VPS :


1. Activate MQL5 VPS in MT5:
   - Open MetaTrader 5 and go to the Navigator panel.
   - Right-click on your account and select Register a Virtual Server or Migrate to VPS.
   - Follow the setup instructions and complete the payment. Your VPS will then be connected to your account.

2. Transfer Settings to VPS:
   - After activation, select Migrate to transfer all settings, charts, and active Expert Advisors (EAs) to the VPS.
   - This step ensures that all your trading tools will run on the server.

3. Ensure 24/7 Operation:
   - MQL5’s VPS runs continuously 24/7, so no manual checks are needed.
   - You can view the server status and reports in the Journal tab within your MT5 to confirm that the VPS is operating correctly.
