<Market product> Won't Stick To Chart

 
Hello all. I have an issue for this EA. I had this  for about 4 days now on a mql5 cloud vps. Everything was attached and working fine. I decided to cancel my cloud vps and switch over to forex vps. As I tried to reattach to my new 1hr xauusd.pro chart it would attach and then remove itself from the chart automatically. It just would not stick..any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. I have had this issue before but with another EA and still did not know the solution other than the developers reissuing another license. 
 

Is it Market product?
Because if you start to use this EA on the other but external VPS so it may be required additional activation.

So, check the activations available in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/tpchen89/market
and try to re-install this product (delete it in Metatrader and install it once again from same Metatrader).

if it does not help so ask the author/seller for support.

Yes it is a market product. Already uninstalled and reinstalled. It is <name of the Market product was deleted by moderator> for mt5
 
Used it on the mql5 cloud server. Then canceled. Tried to use it on my personal computer and that didn't work and now tried to activate it on my forex vps so I utilized 3 activations already.

i have had similar issue in past. i logged out of community both website and cleared the details in mt4/5 options page. And then I shutdown mt4/5 and rebooted computer and then started all up again and then logged into community via mt4/5 and all was good again. See if that works.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge but what do you mean by clear the details in mt5?
 
in mt4/5 options -- the login and password in community tab
