VPS bug

I discovered recently that the VPS from MQL5 is different from the VPS provided by my broker, even if my broker supports MQL5.... there is a great simplicity to the VPS provided directly by the MQL5 web-page...however, in my broker to use their VPS you have to do it via remote desktop... I would suggest to check with your broker how to activate the VPS.
I'm encountering an issue where the VPS button is greyed out, and I'm unable to purchase a VPS. I am logged into my MQL5 community account, and my broker supports the MetaTrader 5 VPS service. I’ve tried multiple brokers and accounts, but the issue persists. I’ve also ensured that my MT5 platform is up to date.
Here’s the error message I'm receiving:
Steps I've taken so far:
- Confirmed that I'm logged into the MQL5 community.
- Checked that my broker supports MQL5 VPS.
- Tried different brokers and accounts.
- Rebooted and ensured my internet connection is stable.
- Unistall and Reinstall MT5

This is not relevant, as i said before, i tried with many brokers. I just can't buy a vps, even with mql5 demo server.

I don't use MQL5 VPS services, but today I did notice that 404 error message in my journal log.
So, after reading your post again, I decided to check this in more detail for each of the brokers I use.
I can confirm that for each case, two different brokers and one prop-firm, the VPS services were not available (greyed out), and the same error 404 message was reported in the Journal.
I can only concluded that it may be a generalised situation or maybe one only affecting Europe, since we are both in Europe.
Let's hope that MetaQuotes is aware of this and is in the process of solving it.
