It is actually working for me on this version but some of my peers who has updated it, it is not working for them

I have MT5 build 4540, and it works with not a problem at all: the indicators are attached to the chart.

Not a problem with indicator but custom indices (symbols) which I created using excel formula

So, fix your indicators which you created ...
Or download MT5 from your broker (it may be the broker is having older version, because build 4540 is beta build).

It's not problem with the indicator. It used to work with FTMO and MetaQuotes but after the update it is not working,

As I understand - it is your indicators, you coded it as a coder, and because of that - you have the source codes of your indicators.
So, you only can check everything with your codes to understand - why it does not work with new MT5 build.

Maybe but I am ruling out possible problem with latest version
