Auto synch Edgewonk did not work

Hi you all, 

I have metatrader 5 and want to synch Edgewonk with MT5. When I filled in everything I get the error: 2024.09.10 09:43:45.592 ReportPublisher failed to connect to autoimport.edgewonk.app - connection error [autoimport.edgewonk.app]

So I reached out to Edgewonk but they tell me it's a problem of MT5 so I need to check with them. I can't find a helpdesk or something. 

Can someone help me with this?

Edgewonk is commercial tool so I do not think something will help you here.
Besides, it is prohibited to discuss any commercial tools on this forum sorry.

Yeah, it's not because of the tool. It's an error in metatrader5 they said so that's why I'm here. 

I saw that one already.. unfortunately not with the right answer.
