XAUUSD trading issue

On September 9th, 2024, I bought a lot of gold with a purchase price of 2428.65 and a take profit of 2490

But the platform directly changed my purchase price to 2928.65 The highest historical price of gold is not as high as this

You probably got something wrong here, there is no 2928.65 price in Gold yet, unless it is a pending order you are talking about.

i upload my issue, and there is a screenshot about my XAUUSD， they change my Purchase price from 2428.65 to 2928.65

I dont think MQL platform can do such changes!!!

Are you using manual trade or EA? There could be possibility of a typo error in manual trade (I am not sure if such a high price difference will be accepted by Broker) or EA is calculating differently.

Otherwise it seems @Eleni Anna Branou assumption for pending order could be right.

Where is the image to show, order was placed at price of 2428.65? You are telling half of the story.

you did not reply was it a manual trade or by EA?

Because in manual entry typo error is most likely in this case.

i did it by myself, I bought one at 2428.65, but a few hours later, I found that my order was out of stock. And I also calculated that I lost 48297 . 

my stop surplus is 2490 , it stopped on 2448.68 , all image is show on attached files In the initial content. i can show you again

Always verify in journal logs, if you're using Metatrader.
All transactions are logged properly.

Thank you for your suggestion, i checked my logs , i can found i bought one xauusd on price 2428.65. i can not found the sell.  and i don't know the mean of issue3.png  of issue3.png (buy on price 2428.65 sell on price 2445.68 , why it is loss 48297 ?)

You should confront your broker with your valid question:
buy on price 2428.65 sell on price 2445.68 , why it is loss 48297 ?
I'm just wondering, why there is no "CLOSE" on that particular position.
Maybe there is more log files you need to verify ? Or maybe you close it on other terminal ?

I am also very puzzled. I have looked at all the logs and did not find anything, but this transaction has already determined that I have lost so much money. It is strange that my balance is not as high. i think maybe it is a bug .
