Why can't we get back the money we have deposited too much in our MQL5 account without needing a service in the next few months, maybe never, on MT5?
It doesn't make sense if there is no way to withdraw it, since the deposit is ours and the money was not used for a service!
 

Because these deposit and withdrawal transactions have a cost and they are not free to process.

 
thanks, But the fees are certainly less than $200. Is there no way to pay the transaction fees to get the rest of our money back? This is the first time I've seen an account that keeps our entire deposit. It should be called a payout, if the money is unrecoverable.

I have never managed to get an answer on the my desk chat, it constantly gives answers that do not correspond at all to what I ask. It is completely useless. Is there any way to contact a person who manages the site?

Try to click the correct sequence of options for your case in order to open a ticket with the Service Desk.

Yes, many users are getting answers from an representative when they manage to open a ticket.
