Misbehavior on MT5 for Windows

I use MT5 for windows  v.5.00 Build 4473  9Agt2024

My broker is XXXXXX

i found MISBEHAVIOR

My Script make Open Positinon automatically with Magic Number

But, when i recheck result. It OPENED as  PLACE MANUALLY without magic number

But i just found this error only twice in this week.

The other OP's work normally  as PLACE BY EXPERT with magic number

Never found error like this before.

Is this error MISBEHAVIOR on MT5 or  on  BROKER ?

   Do you know what the accronyms means? There is NO "other OP's"; there is only one.
