Problem with signal symbol... can we disable a symbol?

So there is a signal which trades 3 symbols, in the 3 symbols 2 symbols trade well, one is a disaster so much so it even takes on profits of the other symbols, because of it the service has had 3 drawdowns of 60% is there a way i can disable the signal? removing it from market watch doesn't help it still opens trades for that symbol, fpmarkets my broker won't close the symbol either, the author despite having lost 50% subscribers insists on trading this symbol, copying was an option but mql has closed signal copying on demo, i could copy keeping the same money as my real account but i cant even do that now, can any one shed light on how i can still trade this signal but without that one disasterous signal?
