On the crash logs:
Any idea how to fix that? It's blocking my work and that's really annoying.
I hope to get some feedback here quickly.
If there are not active experts try uninstall and install.
Try to restart the terminal and VPS service all together.
In case, do not forget to write down the magic numbers of the active charts and corresponding experts.

Thanks for your reply.
This is a fresh install on a fresh VM machine, the crash is happening as soon as I try to drag & drop a EA example ("Advisor/ExpertMACD" for example) to a chart, or when trying just to open Tester with Ctrl+R
I checked a previous backup of the VM with the version: 5.00 build 4435 - everything works perfectly
The crash started with the new version: 5.00 build 4468 (2 Aug 2024)
You might want to check if there are log files maybe strategy tester logs a few gigabytes in size, or indicator logs, or if the cache folder is overloaded. That's the first thing I check if a program crashes.
Thanks for replying.
I checked the Tester logs but nothing meaningful:
CI 0 18:50:17.405 Tester Cloud servers switched off
On the main logs I have:
LK 2 18:50:18.206 Terminal crashlog finalized
The crashlog I pasted earlier seems the most interesting and I think there is something wrong with this new verison.
Can you guys reproduce on version 5.00 build 4468?
which version are you running?
Thanks for replying.

I'm on build 4463, the funny thing is that people talk about getting an account blown, this time someone can get the software blown...by updating. I'm guessing other people didn't have the problem, let's see...
I think 4468 might be a beta release, and 4467 the last official release, have you tried downloading the installation from the website?

Tested on an old windows machine, it worked fine. Which leads me to believe that this is happening for M chips based Macs with virtualization softwares like UTM and VMware Fusion Pro using Windows ARM.
The release was on 2 Aug 2024 and seems not a beta release.
It's so annoying to be blocked in a situation like this. even though I prefer being software blown than being account blown.
Any idea how can I proceed with this? like a contact or email...?Tested on an old windows machine, it worked fine. Which leads me to believe that this is happening for M chips based Macs with virtualization softwares like UTM and Fusion Pro using Windows ARM.

Hi!
I installed a fresh Metatrader 5 instance to be sure and I reproduce the following issue:
- OS: Windows 11 Pro (VIrtual machine) - Worked perfectly previously before the last update
- Installed a fresh instance of Metatrader 5 with default settings
- Refresh the Navigator to fetch Expert Advisors examples
- Try to drap & drop anything on the chart => Crash closing the platform
- Try to open the Tester => same crash
Can you reproduce?
