MQL5 Cloud Network: Cloud status

Good day,

I have installed the MetaTester Agent. 

For some reason the could status is disconnected. 
What will be the reason for this?

 
The entire world has gone mad today about a global IT shutdown, maybe this affects the Cloud network too, I don't know.
 
what account am i supposed to add to get paid off the meta tester?

Been having issues here since Friday too.

Got 4 machines on the same network, but only 2 of them will connect after 7/19/24.

All 4 had been running fine for months. I've tried everything suggested here (aside from reinstalling OS, which will not happen).

All machines are running MetaTester 5 build 4424 (27 Jun 2024).

Reinstalled MetaTester.

Changed ports.

Opened up ports in FW (not needed on any machines I've had working so far).

Enable DMZ in router.

Reboot everything (machines + router).

Added/removed agents.

No updates (windows or otherwise) has occurred since 7/19/24.

Single agent won't connect either.


You name it, I've tried :(


Hardware (all connected with 1000/500Mbit):

i7 8700k 32GB (6 cores, port 2025-2030)- been active for months, but now disconnected.

i9 14900k 64GB (12 cores, port 2000-2011) - active for months and still active.

Ryzen 9 3900x 16GB (12 cores, port 3000-3011) - active for a month, but now disconnected.

Ryzen 9 3900x 16GB (12 cores, port 3012-3023) - same configuration as above, went online at the same time, and still active.
