Metatrader 5 open Limitation only 15

Anyone here have same issue like me? my computer just can open 15 metatrader when i click to open 16'th metatrader its cant open im use windows server 2019

when i close other metatrader i can open the 16th metatraders, so limitation is 15

i have 8gb ram its just take 4gb to open 15 terminal

i want to open more terminal how to fix that?
