Will my MT5 EA work on my MT4 Terminal? Or will I have to convert it to MT4
 

In most cases - yes, it should be re-programmed (or program/code from the beginning).

No it will not. You need to convert the code from mql4 to mql5.

Thank you, guys!!! I figured I was hoping I didn't need to, but it looks like I have to. I've created me a trading EA for MT5 when I was using an offshore broker however, since I'm using a US broker now, they don't have mt5 only MT4.     Do you guys know any brokers outside the US that's accepting US traders
