MetaEditor Crash Every time when start it up, what happen pls?

I am using Windows XP with IE 6
When I open help in client terminal, it also crash.
However, when I click "View" -> "Terminal" and scroll thru mails and news, it has no problem...
I tried to reinstall it many times already, I also try to reinstall in another partition and different folders too, still can't solve the problem...

Currently I see two possible sources that could cause your crash problem:
1) Windows runtime library
I quickly checked your exception log and found that the "Address: 77C47A64" refers - in your case - to the windows runtime library msvcrt.dll.
Hence I checked the web for more info about this file and found: " The library file msvcrt.dll contains program code used to run programs written using Microsoft Visual C++. Msvcrt.dll is required for programs written with Visual C++ to function correctly. You should not terminate or remove msvcrt.dll, unless it is causing problems for your system."
Q: Did you recently replace your msvcrt.dll? If so, did you perhaps replace it with a version that does not include the function "_resetstkoflw" (recovery after a stack overflow)? You can check this with the program "Dependency Walker" (Depends.exe)". In this case, replacing it with a more proper version could resolve your problem. 2) Unstable connection between MetaTrader and windows
Windows might have lost contact to the MetaEditor exe file somehow. This can happen if the exe was started e.g. from a network/CD or USB-drive. If the medium on which the exe is stored goes away (for whatever reason, also e.g. flaky cable connector) or the connection to the volume is not stable, things like "EExternalException" can occur. In this case, installing the MetaQuotes SW in a appropriate harddisk location could resolve the problem.
