Use mobile app to execute and use MT5 desktop to modify automatically on the fly?

As a daytrader in scalping, i am looking for a solution where i can execute on MT5 mobile app (IOS), but auto pre-set the TP and SL. This is not possible as a "default setting" on mobile app, i can open a position and set a TP and SL but when markets moves fast i waste my time trying to set 5pip TP, to then find out i got overtaken by market.
I am looking for a solution where i can market execute on mobile app, and somehow get my positions modified (if i am also logged in desktop) trough an EA to autoset the TP and SL to x pips.
Is that possible to achieve ?

Sure, your setup goes as follows:
- Create EA
- Attach EA to the chart
- Open positions from Mobile App
- EA modifies SL and TP
NOTE: this approach requires MT5 desktop version running + EA attached to the chart.
Do you know if there are existing EA available on marketplace to achieve this ?
