Unable to connect

 
Hello

For some reason on my Mac I can't connect the trading accounts, although the MT5 Demo account is connected.

I tested it on my Windows PC and everything is working without any problems.

I don't know what else to do. 

The only thing is that I received an email from MQL5 saying that I was in the USA (which is not true) and that if I was using a VPN based in the USA I should switch to one based in Europe for example.

I ignored the email because I don't use a VPN and I'm not in the US.
