The scripts "Trade" or "send_pending" don't open any trade.

What is wrong ?

Check your type of access. May be you logon under invest password.

I'm login with my Account Number.
 
There are two passwotrds in MetaTrader 4 to login on Account - master and investor.



Which type of password did you entered?
 
See expert log file. What the messages were output by these scripts?

It may be "Trade is not allowed by experts". See client terminal options.
