Renewal of VPS failed.

Hi Friends,

I registered MQL5 VPS that runs out today. I've tried several time to renew it, but no chance.

This is the message i get.  1. "MQL5  payment error' Syntax fehler/Mistake."  2. MQL5 VPS payment error "Symbol ist undifiniert"

Please help if you can.

not to open another topic; I am at Libertex, having same issue. Rented server for several years already, always directly from MT4 platform, but not working anymore as platform is saying there is a syntax error. Is VPS rent from MT4 platform not supported anymore ?

Error I receive:

MQL5 VPS: payment error "Payment request" is undefined

MQL5 VPS: payment error "$" is undefined

It is supported, as said above deposit the necessary funds into your MQL5 account first and then use the MQL5 way of payment during your MQL5 VPS subscription checkout.

Thanks Eleni, that resolved the issue. For those facing same issue; Just load expected amount of money to MQL account and then just register VPS through MT4 terminal.
