Verifying signal copying with VPS

Hello,

I wanted to double check the sequence of operations to follow a Signal using MT4 and a registered VPS.

  1. I login to the account in the terminal
  2. I subscribe to the signal
  3. I set the signal settings in the options (Ctrl+O > Signals tab)
    1. Check the "Enable realtime signal subscription"
    2. Check the "Copy Stop Loss and Take profit levels"
    3. Check the "Synchronize positions without confirmations"
    4. Set the no more the __% of deposit
    5. Set the stopout
    6. Set the Slippage
  4. I register a VPS
  5. I click on the MQL5 VPS that is under the account, make sure its started and then click on the "Signal" button to sync the positions and signal data from my terimnal

Anything else?

How can I know all the settings were indeed synced?

How can I change the desired stop-out settings when the VPS is enabled?

Thanks.

Hello,

Note the first 2 links that are below your comment refer to your questions.

You can make changes to your vps, by first making the changes to your local terminal and then doing a sync (again), that will update the settings on the vps.
