trade account not logging in
Good day. I am trying to connect my trading account to my MT5 but as soon as I enter my account number and Trader password MT5 and MT4 (tried both) It doesn't give me any markets or a "show all" option under the market watch tab. Anyone know how to fix this ?
- My trading account isn't connected to MT5
- "no connection" even my network is strong.
- Can't log into MQL5 from the MT5 application

In the MT5 terminal you can only use MT5 accounts. The same for MT4.
What message do you receive in the 'Journal' tab?
There you should see what is happening.
