Can MT4 follow MT5 Signal (Market/Local)
MT4 and MT5 Signals (as provided by the MetaQuotes service) are not compatible with each other. You cannot follow a MT5 signal on MT4 or vice versa.
The only way to achieve this, would be to use a trade copier program between the MT4 and MT5 terminal that is following the signal.
However, most prop-firms do not allow following Signals nor the use of Trade Copiers, and you could end up being expelled from the challenge and losing your entry fee.

I write a MT5 EA but I want to apply it to MT4 because I am trading prop firm challenge using MT4 and the firm do not allow to change to MT5 during challenge.
Anyone have idea can use MT4 to follow MT5 signal ?
