can I shift account for signals

my login is kelly in MQL5.COM

I am a newbie for using signals 

for expamle , I have subscribe a signal  Price:35.00 credits / month

but I　find it is slippage with my mt4 broker and I want to change to mt5 broker with a different account number,

 

should I pay another $35 USD for  this month?

I am not sure but I think that MT4 users can not subscribe to MT5 signals. Read the following threads:

newdigital is right. If the provider is MT4, then you can't use an MT5 account. The best thing to do about slippage is to use the same broker as the provider, but in any case your subscription is due to the provider.

how about if another broker get better price, will it deem to be slippage?
