Error 4059 help

I'm getting error 4059, "Function is not allowed in testing mode" when I try to test an EA and I have no idea what it's talking about. Any help?
 
What the function? And how it prevents from testing?

All it says in the journal is "2006.06.27 21:00 X-11 EUR/USD,H1:Ordersend failed with error #4059". And it says that for every trade.
