Seems your Windows was updated or you changed something in your computer (because the acyivation is per software per hardware).
So, you need to delete your purchase from Metatrader 5 and install it once again from same MT5.

Upon the windows problems of Personal Computer, W-10 installed then download merta5 from (MetaTrader5 installed) www.mql5.com and reached REAL ACCOUNTS BUT META-5 could not RUN paid applications by reporting
(2023.09.15 14:28:37.708) (indicator / EA name ) (invalid license (538), please reinstall from MQL5 Market)
