I thought the problem was gone now that I use the proper parameter but it's not.
The bar open time for GBPCAD recorded in my file is: 2023.07.31 04:00
but on the chart is: 2023.07.31 04:02
What is going on?

Yes, same as the chart.
Edit: I just found the reason. The open times on my live account are late but not on my demo. Switching account while the EA was running has mixed the two sets of times that don't match.
