Trade Panel of One Click Trading "Floating" properties

Hello,
I wish to know if is possible to create a panel or object that "floats" on top of the chart. What i mean is that any panel or object is constraind by the chart scale and the trade panel from one click trading can "float" over the scale.
I couldn´t find a property that allowed this behaviour...

Not possible.
You can only draw on the visible part of the inner chart window, and if an object is allowed to have a part outside this zone, it will be hidden.
