"No Connection"

Hello,

Does anyone know if the servers are down for demo accounts? I have a "no connection" sign at the bottom right, but my Internet is working just fine.

Anything I could do differently?

Check the internet connection then contact your broker.

Despite the original post is quite old, try connecting through a proxy or VPN, if this helps, then you need to check and trace the connection between your ISP and the server of broker.
