I paid money for an EA but i didnt get it. please help.

Hello friends. i used my paypal to buy an EA. however after verifying the payment the operations failed and i didnt get the EA. because the paypal email was diffrent from the mql5 account email. and the money is already withdrawn from my bank account. (paypal says the payment is pending in the screenshot i attached) what should i do now ? i contacted the mql5 help desk but they havnt answerd yet. should i contact paypal support too. or my money is gone ? please help.

As I know (according to my experience) - the payment by paypal is coming to the Market for several days
(because it is international payment from the bank of one country to the bank in an other country).

So, you should periodically check this page (your profile) for the EA to be arrived for you https://www.mql5.com/en/users/ak_trader47/market
and if not - write to the service desk (after 5 or 7 working days waiting).

thanks for the help friend. i contacted the help desk. and apparently they didnt receive any money because the paypal id is diffrent from my mql5 account email. when i checked paypal i found that the payment is pending. if its not confirmed within couple of days it will be refunded back.
