MT4 - Web Requests not functioning on Windows Server 2012 - Error 5203

Hi,

I use web requests to validate my EAs.

I noticed that on Windows Server 2012 and older Web Requests always give error 5203,  and do not work at all.

This problem is not encountered in Windows Server 2016 or 2019.

It seems like there is a sort of firewall blocking Mt4 Web requests. 

Do you know if there is a way to solve it?
