conversion from mt3 to mt4 and back

Is it posible to convert from mt3 to mt4 and back again, and if so how? I mean is the an easy way of doing it.

There is no easy or automated way of doing it. You have to know both MT3 and MT4 to do it properly.

However, if it is a super important script, there are a few companies that propose to do it for not much cost.
