Why has this signal so low reliability rate?

Hi!

The linked signal has got great profit with low drawdown, but the reliability rate is low. Is that because the initial balance is almost 0?

Kind regards, Per

Discussing specific signals is against forum policy. You can only discuss signals is a generalised way. No specifics.

Ok, when a signal has got 7000% profit in 22 weeks, with a 8% drawdown, but started with 24$, and the reliability rate is lowest possible, what could potentially be the reason for that?

@Fernando, could you please answer that.

A starting balance of only 24$ can only be considered a "joke". It cannot be considered a serious trading account.

7000% profit is only possible using very high risk. 8% drawdown for 7000% profit can only be a fluke or the result of a manipulated account.

Therefore, it is a highly unreliable signal! Is that not obvious?

Thank you for replying!

I don't know how manipulation is done. Perhaps he opens 100 accounts with 24 each, make some very risky trades in the beginning. A few of them manage to get a great profit without drawdown, and after a day he already got 3000% profit, and can trade in an precautios way up to 7000%.
